  • We currently ship within the United States only.

    If you’re located outside the U.S., please visit our International Purchases page to learn about authorized retailers and purchasing options. 

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it along the way.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimums or surprises

60-Day Try & Decide


  • We’re confident that once you’ve packed and carried a Geau Sport bag, you’ll never want to switch. But we also know that gear needs to feel right in real life.

    That’s why we offer a 60-Day Try & Decide window, so you can use your bag at home, load it up, and decide on your own terms.

  • From the day your bag is delivered, you have 60 days to try it out:

    • Pack it with your regular gear
    • Carry it, walk around with it, feel it on your shoulders
    • Decide if it matches your needs and style

    If it’s not perfect, you can send it back.

  • To be eligible for a return under the 60-Day Try & Decide policy:

    • The bag must be in new condition
    • Original tags must still be attached

    Please return the bag in the original packaging, if possible.

  • This policy applies only to Geau Sport bags purchased directly from geausport.com. One trial per customer International orders are not eligible.

  • To initiate a return, email us at help@geausport.com with the below information: 

    • Title of your email – return request for (your order #) 
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Condition of the product – is it still in new condition, are original tags still attached
    • Primary reason for the return
