When a bag is out of stock, you may have the option to place a pre-order. Pre-orders allow you to reserve inventory from an upcoming restock. The estimated ship window will be clearly shown on the product page.
Once inventory arrives, pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.

Pre-orders ship once the product is back in stock. Estimated ship timing is provided on the product page and may change slightly due to production or transit timing. If anything changes, we’ll keep you informed.

Payment timing depends on how the pre-order is configured at checkout. In some cases, payment is collected at the time of order; in others, it may be collected closer to shipment. You’ll see the payment details clearly before completing your order.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we typically ship everything together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you’d prefer a different arrangement, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. After shipping, delivery time depends on your location but most arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Occasionally a carrier marks a package delivered early. Wait two more business days and check around your pickup location, reception area, desk attendant, roommates, or with neighbors. If you still don’t receive it, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
60-Day Try & Decide

We want you to feel confident about your bag. From the day your bag is delivered, you have 60 days to try it. If it doesn’t feel right, return it for a refund.

Pack it with your gear, carry it around, feel it on your shoulders, and use it as you normally would within your home. If it’s not the right fit or feel, return it.

To be eligible:
- The bag must be in new condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Please return in original packaging if possible
Return shipping is free within the contiguous U.S.
This policy applies only to bags purchased on geausport.com. One trial per customer. International orders are not eligible.
Warranty & Registration

Every bag includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty automatically.

Register your bag within 30 days of purchase to unlock the Lifetime Warranty (Last Bag Guarantee). Registration takes less than a minute and confirms your coverage.

Registration is required for the Lifetime Warranty. Claims without registration may only receive the 1-Year Limited Warranty.

It covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as failed stitching or broken zippers.
