Geau Sport, Premium Tennis Accessory BrandLast Updated: September 01, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Geau Designs LLC, doing business as Geau Sport ("Geau Sport", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit geausport.com (the "Site"), purchase our products, or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services").

Please read this policy carefully. It describes the tracking technologies we use, the specific companies that receive information about your visit, and the choices available to you.

1. Summary of Our Tracking and Your Choices

We want this to be clear rather than buried, so here it is up front.

When you visit our Site, we use cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics tools operated by third-party companies. These tools collect information about your device and your activity on the Site, and they transmit that information to those companies. The companies that currently receive this information are named in Section 4 below.

You control this. When you first visit the Site, you will be shown a consent banner asking whether you accept the use of non-essential cookies and tracking technologies. Non-essential tracking does not run until you make a choice. You may accept all, reject non-essential tracking, or manage your preferences by category. You can change your choice at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page.

We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat that as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and we apply it automatically without requiring you to take any further action.

2. Personal Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact details, including your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.

  • Order information, including billing address, shipping address, items purchased, and payment confirmation. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our payment processors.

  • Account information, including your username and password, if you create an account.

  • Customer support information, including the contents of emails or messages you send us.

  • Product reviews and user-generated content that you choose to submit.

You may choose not to provide this information, but some features of the Services will not be available to you if you do not.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location derived from it

  • Device type, operating system, and browser type and version

  • Referring website or advertisement

  • Pages viewed, links clicked, items viewed and added to cart, time spent on pages, and other interaction data

  • Unique identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies

  • Date and time of your visit

We refer to this collectively as "Usage Data."

Essential technologies, such as those required to keep items in your cart, maintain your session, secure the Site, and process your order, operate regardless of your consent choice because the Site cannot function without them. All non-essential tracking is subject to your consent as described in Section 1.

4. Third Parties That Receive Information About Your Visit

We believe you should know exactly who receives data about your visit, not just that "third parties" do. Subject to your consent choice, the following companies may receive Usage Data or personal information collected through the Site:

  • Shopify Inc., which hosts our Site and processes orders on our behalf. Shopify's cookie practices are described at shopify.com/legal/cookies.

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta pixel, for advertising measurement and audience targeting.

  • Google LLC, through Google Analytics and Google advertising tags, for analytics and advertising measurement.

  • Judge.me, which powers product reviews displayed on the Site.

  • Klaviyo, Inc, our email marketing provider, which receives your email address and engagement data if you subscribe to our email list, and which also collects browsing activity on the Site through its onsite tracking script in order to send abandoned cart and related messages.

  • Ship Central - our fulfillment and shipping partners, which receive the information needed to deliver your order.

  • Our payment processors, which collect and process payment information to complete your order.

By accepting cookies and tracking technologies through our consent banner, and by continuing to use the Site after doing so, you consent to the collection and transmission of your information to the companies named above for the purposes described in this policy.

If you decline non-essential tracking, the advertising and analytics tools listed above will not run during your visit.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

Under some state privacy laws, the use of advertising cookies and pixels to deliver targeted advertising is defined as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and in some states as a "sale." Where you have accepted non-essential cookies, our use of the advertising tools named in Section 4 may meet that definition. Where you have declined, or where we receive a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not share your personal information in that manner.

The categories of personal information that may be shared in this way are identifiers (such as device identifiers and IP address), commercial information (such as products viewed or purchased), and internet activity (Usage Data).

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

7. Your Privacy Rights

We extend the following rights to all of our customers and site visitors, regardless of where you live:

  • Right to know. You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal information, and a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction, complying with a legal obligation, or detecting security incidents.

  • Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. You may opt out of the use of your personal information for targeted advertising at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer, by adjusting your cookie preferences, or by transmitting a Global Privacy Control signal.

  • Right to opt out of marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email.

  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you products or services, charge you different prices, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@geausport.com. We will verify your identity before responding, typically by confirming information associated with your account or a recent order. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and in any event within 45 days.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your own identity directly.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal" and a brief explanation. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days.

8. Cookies and How to Control Them

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them for essential Site functionality, to remember your preferences including your consent choice, for analytics, and for advertising.

You can manage your choices in three ways:

  1. Use our consent banner when you first visit, or the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer at any time thereafter.

  2. Configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the Site from working, including checkout.

  3. Enable Global Privacy Control in a supporting browser or extension, which we honor automatically.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy. Order and transaction records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe. Usage Data collected through analytics tools is retained according to the retention settings of those tools.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information to us through unsecured channels.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at help@geausport.com and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Websites

Our Site may contain links to websites operated by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

13. International Visitors

The Services are operated from the United States and are intended for customers in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
